World has changed, same goes for trends how nations progress. To make things productive you need to provide Internet access to users no matter where they are and where they go.
This is exactly what Microsoft plans to do. The software giant is busy in developing a cross-platform service to offer “hassle-free” Wi-Fi throughout the world.
This new service is called Microsoft Wi-Fi and a Microsoft representative confirmed to VentureBeat that this was their forthcoming venture.
Microsoft facial recognition tool claims it can guess your age, but does it?According to the representative:
“We can confirm that we are working on a new service, called Microsoft Wi-Fi that will bring hassle-free Wi-Fi to millions. We look forward to sharing additional detail when available.”
The website for this news service is Microsoftwifi.com (under construction). This service will be compatible with iOS, Android, OS X and Windows whereas Wi-Fi will be accessible via a wide range of hotspot providers.
However, the service won’t be free initially as it will be available to registered and paying Skype Wi-Fi subscribers, users of special Microsoft Wi-Fi or workers at organizations using MS Office 365.
Microsoft will be making an official announcement soon but it is yet unclear when it will launch this helpful new service.
