Two Saudi Arabian hackers going with the handle of NeT-DeViL and Dr-TaiGaR from Group Hp-Hack have hacked and defaced the official website of City of Westminster, California earlier today.
Hackers uploaded a .txt file as a deface page along with a message, telling the City of Westminster California to go to hell. The deface message can be read below:
City of Westminster California (Go to Hell) Hacked By: Group Hp-Hack! NeT-DeViL & Dr-TaiGaR. Saudi Arabia Hacker.

Group Hp-Hack is the same group which previously had hacked and defaced the official website of Bangladeshi Department of Immigration & Passports and City of Waterville website.
At the time of publishing this article, the deface page was removed and website of City of Westminster, California was working online.
